We will invite you to try doing everything on practice during the lessons.
YOUR TASK will be to put the theory into practice.
You will be asked to repeat exercises daily on dry and in the water.
And REPEAT AGAIN

- It’s highly recommended to have some spare days in your trip in case of any unexpected situation (sinuses problems, climate adaptation, etc.)
