Water Sessions
Get ready to live and breathe the life of a freediver. Freediving doesn't start when you get in the water, it begins as soon as you wake up.
Students dive four times a week with Touchdown. After travelling to the Blue Hole and prepping for the water, it takes a few minutes to swim from shore to our buoy set ups.
Water sessions are tailored for each diver and will include warm-up dives and a number of training drills designed to help you get the most out of your diving. Our instructors will be with you at every point of the dive, alongside safety divers who will keep an eye on your session.
Water sessions can last more than two hours, and it's where you get to put your training to practice. You'll dive with state-of-the-art freediving equipment and discover the beautiful setting of the calm waters in the Blue Hole.

Dry Training & Equalisation
Students can benefit from a number of classes, lectures and workshops when they're not in the water. In your dry training schedule, you'll learn about the science of freediving and what happens to your body when you dive. You'll also discover techniques that can help you calm the mind and enhance your parasympathetic nervous system.
One of the biggest areas of focus in freediving is equalisation (EQ), and we spend a lot of time perfecting your EQ techniques. Whether you're just beginning to learn about Frenzel or want to perfect your mouthfill, we have tools at the ready to help train your EQ.

Yoga & Breathing
We believe in the holistic side of freediving and the various practices that can help you become a deeper diver.
That's why we also offer daily yoga training with certified teachers, who provide freediving-focused yoga sessions to help you stretch and prepare your body for the water.
Alongside our yoga classes, we also hold guided breathing sessions to help you calm your nervous system and relax within your body. The breathing sessions include light breath holds and tips on how to isolate muscles like your diaphragm to enhance your preparation for the water.

Social
We're professionals when it comes to our teaching, but we also like to have fun! Luckily, Dahab is a great place to explore as part of your freediving journey, and it's also full of freedivers.
Discover what the town has to offer by joining us on a bike ride, let off some steam at our workouts, or relax your muscles in our on-site sauna and ice bath. There's often presentations, social activities and group dinners where you can really immerse yourself in Dahab's wonderful dive culture.
